-9 month after GBT.
When developing a system, make sure that you have long-term thinking about future demand and compatibility issue.
Don't take everything as a matter of course. Rookie needs more both attentions and patience. They maybe have different opinions worth a try.
Respect every single person's opinions.
Job content should goes along with authority.
AR and Inventory management are important sides in Technology Industry and managers can breakdown detail points from two sides to understand more what can/should be improved.

my eye is sick
近來用眼過度，度數加深，眼睛有點不適，早上起來感覺視力模糊，嚇我一大跳!
只要是跟眼睛有關的疾病，我一刻也不敢怠慢，於是今天中午請假去看醫生。
